FREE BUS SERVICE by CARTS on ELECTION DAY
Capital Area Rural Transportation System (CARTS) is providing free bus service to and from polling places during early voting and on Election Day. 

Just tell the driver that you are going to the polls.

 Request a postage-paid voter registration application form. Texas will mail a blank application to any name and address that you enter. Just use this form on the Texas Secretary of State's website.

 The pre-filled form will be mailed to you to sign. Next, place the postage-paid, signed,  application in the mail.
